AC Question

Last night I lost my Asus Zenfone 5. I initiated a factory reset from google.com/android/devicemanager after failing to reach it repeatedly.

Finally today, someone answered the call and said he found it under cab's seat and asked me to meet him so that it can be handed over.

My concern is that, the moment I will online, the Device Manager will perform the factory reset.

How do I stop that? Will disabling and enabling the Android Device Manager work?

When the person answered was the phone connected to the Internet? It would have reset then if it was. If it wasn't connected online then there may not be a way to stop it from resetting. Possibly disable internet and back up your data.
