My LG Volt 2 is stuck on talkback loop

[AC Question]

I rebooted my phone and now it turns on andis stuck on the setup talkback screen. Its on a loop. Once i setup wifi it takes me back to the talkback screen

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to go to the Settings>Accessibility menu and turn off Talkback there? Or Settings>Apps>All, select Talkback, and Disable it?
