How do i get the "phantom back pressing" to stop on my Galaxy S6

[AC Question]

Can anyone help urgently? My galaxy s6 started this "phantom" back button pressing. I cannot use my phone for anything! i have now factory reset it, but it still continues to do this! I mean i have just lost everything - thank goodness for back-ups - and it still does this.... I got the phone as a gift from friends in SA, and as i am in Namibia, i have no idea where to take this thing to have it fixed. Please help!1
