How to disable deaf and blind mode to normal mode on moto E

I was playing with the settings and now I can't get find how to get back to normal.it constantly talks and I have to double click on everything in moto e.please help

Take a look in Settings, Accessibility.

Welcome to Android Central! That sounds like TalkBack, which is in the Accessibility menu as mentioned by belodion. In TalkBack mode, you have to swipe with 2 fingers, and double tap instead of single tap.
