Nagged at start up

[AC Question]

I have a VK 700 running ver 5.1 . Nearly everytime I turn on the phone to check messages etc. there is a window open for Carrot Defence requesting install or cancel.

I have no idea where it is coming from I have checked and checked for a clue of it on the phone but nothing. I think it is more than a notification

any clues or help appreciated pretty new to android and the phone

Welcome to Android Central! Does it look like a browser popup? If so, I would be concerned about some adware on the phone. I can't find Carrot Defense on Google Play, but there are some listings for it on other app sources (which is never a very good sign).
