Enhanced Messaging on S6 Edge

Both me and my wife have s6 edge 32gb from Virgin - when we got them we enabled enhanced messages and were using them fine - since the update to marshmallow the phones no longer have the enhanced messaging feature available and the menu have been removed from message settings menu - any help on this would be amazing as Virgin technical help is useless
