How do i send videos via text message with note 3 galaxy

message reads too large to send

You either have to crop the video, or compress it...

If you compress most videos enough to send, you're sending garbage. (Maximum size is now around 300k - that's only a few seconds of decent quality video.) Email it. Id it's still larger than 25MB, upload it to a file sharing site and text or email the link to it.
