my BLU Studio 5.0 is stuck on recovery mode

AC Question

my blu studio is stuck in recovery mode it keeps showing the lil android guy with red triangle and says NO COMMAND and when i go to the commands ie rerboot etc i cant choose any of the commands . it wont charge the battery and i hooked it to my pc via usb cord but it unhooks itself HELP
