Sim card not detecting

[AC Question]

I just purchased the moto pure edition and inserted my Sim. Problem is it's not detecting it, tried my brothers Sim and it's the same thing... Also restart he phone a couple of times.

The phone I bought is unlocked too!

Please help!!!
