print preview is blank in yahoo mail so cannot print

I am unable to print an email (from yahoo) with new Galaxy S7. Printer is installed properly. A blank page gets printed. When I hit the yellow print icon...I get the "preparing to print" but then in the print preview screens everything is blank. Nothing is rendering. Help!
