Tablet making loud alarm buzzing sound and screen turned white

[AC Question]

I am staying the night at my cousins and one of the younger kids threw it, and the tablet is broke but anyway I was watching TV and all of a sudden it starts making this loud noise, it sounded like an alarm close to a home fire alarm and it won't turn off.

Sounds horrendous! chuck it in a cupboard until the battery dies out can you try and turn it off, is it responsive?

Welcome to Android Central! If it's warm, be careful with it, since damage to the battery could also lead to potential fire or explosion risk. Although it's unlikely, I mention this because of the fact that small kids are around.
