why google services wont work on my phone ?

My htc desire 310 got boot looped....so i changed the ROM in a service center but google play store, play services, play games could not be installed..... Please help !!!

Welcome to the forums. I am guessing that Google Apps weren't flashed when the custom ROM was installed. You can easily do this by searching for them, download the .zip file and flash it in your recovery.
