Not dawnload or make updates

Hi my tablet if i want to dawnload anything it say authentication is required you need to sign into your google account but already i sign in i make factory sitting and setup everything agian nothing new

Hi and welcome to Android Central. So when you open the Play Store, and you swipe left to right. Can you see that you are logged in?
