Suspected Malware Problem

[AC Question]

Yesterday when I was browsing through the web I had stumbled on to one of those fake security viruses pop ups.It said that there were 13 viruses on my phone so I clicked leave.However many apps like Google Chrome and Viber began to update by themselves all at once.I'm aren't sure if this is a sign of malware.
Here is the list of apps that are currently on my phone I hope this helps you to identify which apps are malware.I'm quite suspicious of Popupui Receiver and apps appearing multiple times like Phone.Also small popup ads come from the bottom screen every time when I visit a website except those which do not run on ad revenue like Wikipedia.

Yesterday I helped a friend move, she was renting a guest house from these people who owned their own business and turned out to be seriously shady. I left my phone by accident on the counter. An hour later I finally found it and started having serious problems with my phone. All my calls are being forwarded to 210-232-9000 cannot trace that number but it should say my carrier. My data is off the chain, unauthorized calls, all my calls are forwarded to whoever put this tracker on my phone. There is a 5 to 10 second delay when trying to call someone. I did a back up and factory reset but when i restored I restored the tracker. It's called ELM AGENT.

If anyone knows how to locate the number tracking me thru ELM Agent please advise. This is serious they have access to bank accounts, mail , all phone calls , msg basically everything on your phone.
