Change in Power Saving settings (Galaxy s5)

[AC Question]

After today's update, I can no longer simply convert Home Screen to grayscale theme via Power Saving Mode.
Now, converting the color scheme to grayscale would necessitate using Ultra Power Saving Mode, which would require turning off features I do not wish to turn off.

Why did this change?

Samsung would be the best people to answer why they changed it mate.
