The Possibilities to Run Multiple ADB Instances in the same system

Hi All, I am new to ADB When i try to run Multiple adb instances (Multiple Device Under Testing at a time) in the same system, my app gets crash.

Kindly let me know to run Multiple Adb Instances in the same system.

Whether we want to do any process with ADB_SERVER_Port (my assumptions)
