Samsung Galaxy S7 Exchange Account Cannot Send Mail When Using Wifi Connection.

Using the standard Galaxy Exchange sync client I cannot send email through my company's Exchange server when I am connected to a WiFi hotspot. If I shut off WiFi and connect to Verizon 4G and resend the email it goes through.

I installed the MS Outlook client and that does not duplicate the problem (mail sends correctly no matter how I am connected).

Others in my company with the same phone have experienced the exact same issue. Galaxy Note 4 does not duplicate the problem. Galaxy S5 does duplicate the problem.

The boss has this problem and wants it fixed before he goes on vacation.
