How to connect my phone to adataUD320?

I have Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo, yet I'm unable to connect it with my adata storage. I've heard I need an app for it, but I can'T find one without roots.. Any suggestions?

It's supposed to work on most, if not all Samsung's running at least Android 4.1. Can you check which version you are on?

(Settings -> About Phone -> Android Version)
