What to press to make emergency call?

At the bottom of the lock screen on my LG phone, there is an image of a red phone, text saying "Emergency call Touch and hold", some little moving arrows, and a camera image. If I need to make an emergency call, what do I press? The phone? The camera? The text? (Probably not the moving arrows.) What are all of these things for? How are they used?
