Transfer of files from PC to Android-question

[AC Question]

I have all of my Android files saved to Dropbox...I want to know how to properly get those files and place them in my Android.

I know there are transfer apps, but seems instructions are only for saving to the PC, I can't find and answer anywhere. Does anyone recommend a good program that will do this for me, or do I have to manually do it somehow. Thank you very much
