Is there a way to change volume settings?

Whenever you're not listening to anything, and change the volume, it automatically alters the ringtone volume. Is there a way to make it always alter media volume instead? It can be annoying sometimes when I need to lower the volume before watching something and it lowers the ringtone volume first.

Try pressings volume up, then you can get to the other volume settings with ringtone still loudest level.
