Trying to send text. On my end says sent but been informed I'm blocked an messages not going thru. How can I know.

How can I know.

What exactly? If the person you're texting is blocking you, then you should probably talk to them to see if they want to remove you from their block list.

Does this happen with multiple people or just one?
If it's multiple people then there is a bigger issue.
Also, try a third party app like Handcent, Chomp SMS (my favorite) and textra, etc. See if happens with those as well.
