lg-k373 escape 3 stuck on cricket screen, won tboot. marshmellow 6.0

i was using kingroot had to re*root a few times. phone slipped outta my hands hit the floor. and hasnt gone past the cricket welcome screen. tried factory reset. and it hasnt done anything... please help. and THANKS in advance
