HTC One M9 Arm - Whats wrong with my alarm?

[AC Question]

I recently replaced the battery in my one m9, with seemed to be a breeze for the most part, however when testing my phone afterward I found my alarm sound doesnt work. The loudspeaker works fine, and the alarm goes off (only vibrate and on screen), however no volume. Does anybody have an idea what internally could cause this? Is there some weird alarm logic board or connector not connected right?

Hi, I wouldn't imagine so - unless you are experiencing sound loss through other things, like playing games, phone ringing etc? have you tried downloading a different alarm from the play store to see if that works?
