Storage is getting low

[AC Question]

I have An LG Rebel phone. I'm getting a storage is getting low on my notification bar.I have cleared all my caches and tried the *#9900# thing and nothing seems to work. It is effecting a lot of things such as email wont sync and can't install anything. Please help.
