My phone, OS Version 4.4.2 and Software Version VS450PP2. Fully updated and I have a very good connection but my phone will not allow me to use any of Google Play's apps but I have full internet and multiplayer access. Does anyone have a suggestion? And I've already tried the clear cache option.
