Note7 dead. Won't turn on. Anyone else experiencing this?

[AC Question]

Week old Note7, switched from Iphone 6plus . Turned on today no problem, then I was listening to iheart radio and all of a sudden poof ! dead. it won't turn on, batt warms when charging(i thought batt died but it's been charging 1/2 hr so I unplugged it) but thats it. I am thinking I will have to take it back to Tmo or Best Buy for IDK if I can take the batt out. Im also guessing the phone is toast and I will have to get a new one.
Anyone else have this issue(yet) ?
