LG G3 : Recpient suggestion not showing in Messaging app

Hi,
My LG G3 phone does not show the recipient suggestion when typing a name in the to box of the messaging app. I did a factory reset to arrest this problem 15 days back but it has reoccurred.

I would appreciate some help on this issue. Thanks in advance friends.
