Is my phone compromised?

I have approximately 326 system apps and i only have about 5 downloaded apps on my phone.it seems rather high to me

Apps are all little programs that make your phone work. You touch an icon and the messages pop up-that's an app doing that. Your screen turns off when you don't use it for a while - another app... If your device works, leave it be.
You can force stop, and even uninstall some apps if they are using too much data or memory...
