how do I unlock my cell pattern without loosing data?

I have a finger print password, but accidentally i activated the pattern one also and now i can not unlock my phone, it locks for every hour. I do not want to loose data by clearing the cell

You should be able to use both (the fingerprint password and the pattern) to unlock it, then choose NO lock. Back everything up (see Backing up an Android Device) to another place (a computer or the cloud). Then - if you have to reset the phone - you have everything that was on it.
