Welcome to the forums. What device and keyboard are you using? Does the problem persist after booting into safe mode? There are a few reports of third party apps causing this kind of problem. Do you have Clean Master or a similar app installed? If so, disable it temporarily and see if it makes any difference. Tell us how it goes.
