Note7 power physical button not working

So I just received my recalled note 7 and everything works perfectly as expected except I'm having an issue with my power button. Only the bottom portion actually works while the rest has no resistance nor can you even press down on the bottom. Kinda an inconvenience already with a new phone. Not trying to sound picky, but I paid good money for a new phone. Can there even be anything I can do? I prefer not to get a refurbished edition already either.

Exchange the phone. There probably aren't any refurbs out there right now so you'll get a new one.

Send it in on Warranty. They will probably try to fix it first before shipping out a new device. That's what they done with the S6 warranty claims. Only devices that could not be repaired, were replaced.
