Missing "Applications" list in stock launcher on Blu VIVO 5R?

BLU VIVO 5R - there is no "Apps" shortcut (usually a grid icon) to get to all apps installed. If I go to settings --> Apps, that takes me to the "force stop" / "uninstall" option. I just want to add a shortcut at the bottom of the home screen to "Apps" so I can get to every app that's installed. What am I missing?

The stock launcher on the Vivo 5R or any of BLUs phones doesn't have an App Drawer. It shows all of the apps on the home screens. You would have to install an aftermarket launcher like Nova or ZenUI for example. But I have the same phone and I'm running into a problem of not being able to add widgets to the home screen on aftermarket launchers. I'm trying to figure out what the problem is. Other users are having the same issues. Never had the problem with the Vivo 5 or Vivo XL.
