Swart switch not working between samsung s5 and s7

I have a current samsung s5 and got a new s7. The smart swith runs to about 60% andtl then fails. What am i doing wrong or what should I do different? Thanks

If you're trying to copy files from the 5 to the 7, see Backing up an Android Device. Back up the 5, restore to the 7.
