how to remove viruses

I haved downloaded a lot of apps from the internet or the app store,and i'm not proud...but now my cellphone is running slow and i'm pretty sure thats a virus...my battery is getting low really fast and i've tried many all antiviruses...but it still getting slow can you give me some solutions?

What do your battery usage stats indicate as the main users of charge after such a drain?

It could just be one or several APPS draining power. Not a virus for sure.
