Red underline does not work / can't mark a text as unread.

I have contacted support because I am unable to mark a text as "unread" - I can't imagine that I am the only one who isn't always able to reply immediately, but samsung says "I would also like to inform you that in the recent updates the option to make text messages unread has been removed. The option will work only for the emails as of now". Also the red underline mispelled words does not work ifor my emails, and the ideas to fix this issue did nothing "Please try resetting the keyboard settings and see if it helps. Follow, “Menu >> Settings >> Language and Input >> Keyboard Reset.” If that does not work, you may force stop email application. Here is how: “Menu >> Settings >> Application Manager >> Email >> Force Stop”. It will not delete the data from email application.
