Anyone elses bluetooth not working?

My s26u won't find any devices when I go to scan. I dont want to have to return my unit. Can they exchange it at a Samsung store in bb if I ordered from samsung.com? Really upset.

Bestbuy won't be able to exchange it as far as I know. Is there a Samsung store near you? I would call Samung to see what they can do. Maybe they can ship you one out prior to return but I dont know.

It was years ago now, but I had an issue Samsung/BestBuy/my carrier couldn't fix with my new phone.
I worked closely with BestBuy and Samsung - I was persistent and kept things in writing - but BestBuy let it be exchanged (no penalty/fuss) once they saw Samsung agreed it was a problem with the phone.

Ah, i see that now. To clarify - no, I had pre-ordered from BestBuy, sorted our clearly that Samsung agreed something was wrong with it, and BestBuy then agreed to allow me to return or exchange im person without risking my pre-order bonuses.

It's working. It was my Square reader at my shop I was tying to connect giving me issues.

Anyway, I guess that's the roll of the dice buying from Samsung online vs your carrier or an unlocked version at Best Buy. More of a pain to return.
