phone screen cracked in my droid maxx 2

[AC Question]

my screen cracked (with a glass screen protector on top of it) and phone is still functioning fine. Can just install a new glass screen prtoector or do I need to have my phone's screen replaced?

Welcome to Android Central! If the screen is still working normally, without any touch deficiencies, then there's no pressing need to replace the screen.
