Is anybody using a Benks Glass Warrior screen protector?

I just installed a Benks Glass Warrior screen protector. Then, I tried 2 different cases-Otterbox Defender and Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro. When I attempted to do this, with each case, the screen protector ended up lifting and I started getting bubbles underneath. I don't know if the screen protector just isn't adhering properly or if these particular cases, aren't going to work with this screen protector. Does anyone have any ideas as to which it could be?
