I've been having some problems with my HTC 820, the mobile data won't come on it says disconnected. I'm on the giffgaff network, I've tried re entering the apn but that still doesn't work, I've also factory resetted the phone but the problem still there.....sometimes it won't even let me click the data button ( the option is really pale and doesn't do anything when I click it, it's like you can't enable that setting) and when it lets me click it, it says disconnected. Also the airplane mode keeps saying ' turning off' but the WiFi and calls work fine. I've tried the SIM in another phone and it works fine
