what is the solution if i want to on network sharing for long time

That's controlled in part by the phone and in part by your carrier. IF you don't have a tethering plan (for which they charge extra), and they're strict, the hotspot will still be working, but the carrier won't be transporting the packets of any device connected to it once they detect it. So check with them - you may have to shell out for a tethering plan or forget using the hotspot.
