Can't receive audio alerts from ip cam

I have and need Ip cams for my business. Just recently switched to Samsung, after 7 years of iPhone, and I am currently really frustrated and disappointed.
I will NOT get ANY audio motion alerts anymore from my ip cams with the samsung. NONE at all.
Won't work with the Samsung s6 edge either. My friend has an iPhone and she can get the audio alerts through my ip cams no problem.
I was on the phone with a tech . We cleared cache and he remotely checked out my phone and settings.
I didn't help. So now I just did a FACTORY RESET. That did NOT help either.
I am frustrated and have wasted a lot of time and effort with this.
WHY will Samsung phones not received audio alerts ?????
Do I need to go back to iPhone ? Also the Samsung S6 won't alert, most of the time, when txt messages or emails are received.
WHAT is going on with those phones? ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

Probably the Android app doesn't handle them - on any Android phone. They're different apps, just looking the same and handling the same cameras.

Do I need to go back to iPhone ?

Most likely, until the Android app is rewritten. Contact the company that made the app.
