So as mentioned in the question text, I own a Samsung Galaxy S3 from T-Mobile. I think i messed it up from an application on the phone that i installed might have been a virus and erased the OS or something... im not good in android software. So this has happened multiple times and ive gotten exchanges from T-Mobile, but now i have an iphone i wanted to take a stab at fixing this phone. since it is an exchange from tmobile, i do not have the serial number and no access to the phone itself. the phone gets stuck in the carrier screen. and it stays there until i pull the battery.
