App starting itself?

[AC Question]

Have the UP app (it's a fitness tracker for the Jawbone UP2 wrist band). Awaiting a replacement wrist band but the app will periodically issue a notification and start itself.

Using Force Stop unloads it temporarily but it launches itself later. Short of uninstalling, anyway to stop this?

Second question, I've checked but am unable to find anyway of setting the notification order to chronological order - the latest one at the top. Anyone know how to do that.
