Phone Blocks Calls when Bluetooth is connected.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 Sky running 6.0.1
When I'm connected to my vehicle via bluetooth all incoming calls show a quick notification that I'm receiving a call bit then gets blocked and caller goes right to voicemail, outgoing calls via bluetooth work perfect & if i get a call without bluetooth on then enable it while talking it connects and works fine.
