Will the Sony Xperia M5 E5653 work on the USA T-Mobile 1700/2100 MHz AWS 4GLTE band?

The ebay retailer I want to purchase it from says that 4G (and 3G) will not work because T-Mobile requires the AWS band.

PhoneArena says E5653 works on Bands 28, 5, 8, 3, 1, 7
T-Mobile Wiki says their band # is 4. (1700/2100 MHz AWS)

PhoneArena says the phone works on UMTS 2100MHz

So the one thing I see missing here is band 4 though it does say it runs 2100Mhz.
The ebay page itself says the phone runs on:
GSM GPRS/EDGE 850, 900, 1800, 1900 Mhz
UMTS/HSPA+ 850, 900, 1900, 2100 Mhz
LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 28(700), 40(2300) Mhz

Does anyone know if this phone variant will work on T-Mobile for 3G and 4GLTE? I'm not sure if the retailer knows. I'd really like to get this phone for the price it's at. In the US they only sell the X Series which is more expensive and less on features like water resistance and processor.
