Half of my screen is blank. Is there a fix?

I opened my Pixel (about 10 months old) and the screen was black on half. I restarted it and now that half has a static pattern. If I rotate the screen, the half that is affected moves with the rotation. Is there a fix for this?

Hi - best to take it to a repair shop and have someone look at it.
