Half the Screen White and Flickering on My Phone

Hi Guys,
I was using my phone normally, just on Snapchat, and then I turned it off and gently placed it on my desk like I always do. A minute later, I noticed some glowing, and when I picked it up, half the screen was white while the other half was black. I tried soft resetting it, but nothing changed. The white flickers occasionally, and although my phone is still responsive , it just flickers white and doesn’t show the lock screen. white screen

Has anyone experienced this issue? What should I do next?
