Smart switch

I've just purchased a Samsung s7 I normally have iPhones so I'm new to these but I'm having trouble as it won't down load smart switch it's saying incomparable with device but I've gone into settings back up reset and it's not there any help would be great

Smart Switch should be on your device. Settings, backup and reset, smart switch
