Scheduling app for my company

My company used a scheduling program called TrackSmart. They offer an app that shows your schedule and also allows you to clock in and out. Originally it worked great. After just a few days of having my account set up, it stopped updating my schedules. I figured that if I logged back in it would work but then it said there wasn't an account linked to my email at all. I tried logging in through chrome and same thing. It created a whole new account for me and thinks I'm starting something for a new business. Now here's the real zinger. If I get on the computer and log in it works fine. No problem at all. Any ideas?
 
Check the account settings between the computer and the app.
This sounds like there is a specific server your account needs to talk to for your company's account.
 
I had the same thought, unfortunately I wouldn't know because my app is completely unresponsive. It won't load anything and the buttons won't work in it. It worked perfectly before and I have uninstalled it and reinstalled and cleared cache but it didn't help
